Construct of BDF-Pneumatik system

:: sistem over-frame

The over-frame is fully done in accordance with the requirements of chassis’ manufactures with regard to superstructures in terms of frame rigidity and strength under all types of load. The system is bolted on the chassis in standard seating positions without changing the car design.                                               


:: fitting lock

In the construction are used the beams with container fitting locks of JOST Company (Germany) in accordance with ISO 1161, which ensure the reliability of substructure fixing on the car chassis that allows to use any superstructure of SWAP BODY class of all the world's foreign manufacturers.


:: air cushions

The air cushions of balloon type, produced by German Company  Contitech of Continental Corporation, lift with guarantee  the load up to 20 tons within the operating temperatures range from -40 Ñ to +50Ñ.


:: control and monitoring system

The Wabco (Germany) control system monitors the constant air pressure in main pipes and receivers, the superstructure lifting height and adjusts the uniformity of construction lifting depending on cargo location of in the superstructure.


::receivers

The additional receivers are installed on chassis to ensure the system operation without degradation of car pneumatic circuit serviceability. The connection to the pneumatic circuit is agreed with the chassis manufacturer.The receivers ensure the lifting and the lowering of the platform up to several times even when the car is out of service.


:: fenders with the protection

The fenders are made from impact-resistant plastic manufactured by  “Parlok” Company (Finland) or “Petroplast” Company (St.Peterburg, Russia). Also the fenders have an additional protection from perforated aluminum protecting the wheels from splashing or spillage of dangerous goods, from strikes and other factors arising when using different types of substructures.  


:: guide rollers

 The construction uses the reliable power guide rollers of Wihag Company (Germany), allowing to position exactly the superstructure when mounting it on the car.


:: chassis adaption for ADR

In case when the car is used to transport the dangerous and oversize goods, the chassis is updated in accordance with DOPOG (ADR) rules,

namely the transfer forward of the muffler, protection of fuel tank,

screening of electric wiring elements, installation of rotating light beacons and signs of danger.
